19th German congress of health services research
Access, Quality and Efficiency: Comparing countries' health care system performance for improved health services
If you have not yet done so, you are welcome to send us the grant of rights for the publication of your lecture or your ePoster until 01.10.2020.
On 02.10.2020, all lectures and e-Posters will be removed from the Virtual Venue for which no rights of publication have been granted.
In the following you will find some technical notes and information about uploading.
In addition, we have summarized the most frequently asked questions about the Virtual Venue and the presentations and their answers here.
The sessions are integrated into our Virtual Venue via the Zoom Live-Streaming function. This means that both chairmen and all presenters meet in a zoom meeting and the entire session is held via the zoom meeting and streamed live over the Virtual Venue.
The pre-recorded lectures are played back by the chairmen via the screen sharing function in zoom. Participants register on the Virtual Venue and ask their questions about the individual presentations using the "Questions & Answers" option, which is viewed by one of the two chairpersons and sent to the speakers at the end of each presentation.
The video presentations will be forwarded to the chairperson, provided the upload has been made by 28.09.2020. If you are unable to attend the meeting at short notice, the presentation can still be played.
If possible, we would like to ask you to have the video of your presentation available on your computer as well. If the upload cannot be carried out until 28.09.2020, if one of the chairpersons is unable to attend the meeting or if the chairpersons experience technical difficulties, you can start the video yourself by screen sharing.
If not all questions can be asked during the discussion round, you can view them in the Virtual Venue and - even after the congress - answer them. All questions and answers are visible at all times.
In the following document we have compiled some tips for the creation and presentation of your e-poster: Recommendations for the poster design
Further information will follow shortly.
